The Challenge
Replay Institute, a Copenhagen-based sports technology company, needed a platform to deliver VR-based tactical training to coaches and elite football players. Traditional video analysis tools were passive — coaches watched footage but couldn't interact with it. Replay wanted a system where coaches create interactive training scenarios from real match footage and players experience those scenarios in VR to build tactical awareness.

Our Approach
Built the web platform that integrates with Replay Institute's existing VR data providers, multi-angle camera feeds, and analytics services. The Next.js application gives coaches tools to create interactive training sessions from match footage, tag key moments, and build decision-point scenarios. Players review tactical scenarios on the web platform before experiencing them in VR headsets.
