1. App Description

Tabla Tunes is a mobile application that allows users to play various virtual musical instruments, including tabla, surpeti, swarmandal, tanpura, manjira, and ghungroo. The App is available for download on the Google Play Store.

2. No User Account

Tabla Tunes does not require users to create an account or log in to use the basic features of the App.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases through the Google Play Store to access premium features and unlock content. These purchases are entirely managed by the Google Play Store, and we do not directly handle any payment information.

4. Subscription Plans

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Google Play Store. We do not allow refunds for our in-app subscription purchases, however, if refunds are applicable in any condition, they are subject to the Google Play Store's refund policy. Please contact Google Play Store support for any payment or refund inquiries. Canceling an active subscription will prevent renewal, but users can continue accessing premium features until the current subscription period ends. Subscriptions can be canceled through the Google Play Store settings.

6. User Content

By using the App, you retain full ownership of any content you create (such as music, compositions, and recordings). However, by sharing your content publicly within the App or through App-related platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for promotional purposes related to the App (e.g., in app store listings, promotional materials, or social media channels). This license only applies to content shared publicly within the App or through official App channels. You may remove or request the removal of your content from these platforms at any time.
